About the Role
The Recruitment Guy is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client’s team in Ladysmith, Northern KZN. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and best practices. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR department with day-to-day administration and employee-related processes
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Provide administrative support to the operational environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports using HR systems and payroll systems
- Perform other HR-related tasks as required
Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 35 years experience in an HR administrative role
- Experience within FMCG / Manufacturing / Industrial environments highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Exposure to payroll systems and HRIS platforms
