About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join our team at Langebaan casino. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Food and Beverage finance and administration, including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reporting. They will also be responsible for implementing human resource policies and legislative requirements, sourcing and purchasing stock, and developing strategies for the Food and Beverage department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration, including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reporting
- Access and implement human resource policies and legislative requirements
- Source and purchase stock using the latest technology and regulations
- Develop and implement concepts, policies, procedures and strategies for the Food and Beverage department
- Ensure quality assurance of supplies, storeroom and cold storage
- Manage contractual arrangements
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation
- Generate increased revenue from existing business and create new business opportunities
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4)
- Experience in stock management, purchase requirements, business strategy development, market research, competitor analysis and report writing
- Management experience in product improvement and service delivery in all F&B areas, team management and leadership
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
