About the Role
Bright Placements is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee the full maintenance function of our property in Lephalale, ensuring all facilities, infrastructure, and equipment operate efficiently.

Requirements
- Proven maintenance management experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Leadership and team management ability
- Valid driver’s license
- Budget control and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call
