Lephalale: Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Minimum Requirements Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management (hospitality experience preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems Basic project management experience Valid drivers license Ability to work flexible hours and be on call when required Key Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Budget control and cost management ability Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills High attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and under pressure
