About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team in Limpopo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and stock levels
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote vehicles and drive brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a New | PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager capacity within the Automotive Industry
- Must have a Proven track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets
- Strong working knowledge of Automotive Sales performance, Stock levels and Marketing activities
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request

No formal education or certifications are required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of between R 35 000 to R 40 000 based on experience. Incentives and benefits including Company Vehicle + Fuel will be provided.
