About the Role
Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Sales Advisor (Agriculture) to join our team in Lydenburg. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agri-businesses, and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agri-businesses, and key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality service experience
- Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the customer base
- Provide tailored product and service solutions aligned to client needs and agricultural cycles
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and understand operational requirements
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of products and services
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability
- Analyse client needs, financial position, and market conditions to provide informed advice
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and product specialists to deliver optimal solutions
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy and product development
- Represent the business at industry events, agricultural forums, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or relationship management
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to clients
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required
