️New vacancy | Mbombela️ Receptionist | 4* Lodge Candidate to reside in Mbombela to be available for on-site interview As Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling reservations, check-ins, and queries while providing exceptional customer service. ⚠️Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and room allocations Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications Respond to guest queries and requests in a timely manner Process payments and handle cash floats Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Provide information on local attractions and activities Maintain accurate records and reports Cover shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings Requirements: Matric certificate or equivalent 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Basic knowledge of property management systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Basic understanding of hospitality and farm operations a plus Must be fluent in English and siSwati and/or Zulu and / or Ndebele and/or Tsonga Package R51 000 – R75 600 Annual CTC ⛺️Accommodation / Meals / Uniform Medical & Provident after 3 months Apply: Below/job/receptionist-4star-lodge-mbombela/
