Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality cocktails and signature drinks with precision and creativity
- Assist in developing seasonal and themed cocktail menus in collaboration with management
- Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and delivering outstanding service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area in line with health regulations
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and place bar-related orders when needed
- Train and mentor junior bar staff on drink preparation and service techniques
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and mixology innovations
- Participate in in-house promotions, events, and themed evenings
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor licensing laws
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bartending/mixology experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and during peak trading hours
- Creative flair and a passion for mixology
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory management
- Barista or wine knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
