About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Network Finance in Midrand. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing Purchase Orders (PO) numbers and order numbers
- Capturing, tracking, and reconciling financial documentation
- Assisting with invoicing and general finance administration
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and management
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
Requirements
- NQF Level 5 qualification in Administration or a related field
- Strong administrative and financial support experience
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
