About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented Golf Co-Ordinator to support the Head of Department, Senior Golf Managers, and Golf Project Manager. Youll provide essential administrative, logistical, and guest-facing support to ensure smooth delivery of professional golf tournaments and events. This role offers hands-on experience in sports event management with opportunities to grow in the golf division.

What Youll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for Pro-Am and Golf Day guests.

• Manage RSVP processes, event invitations, and guest communications.

• Prepare event collateral such as accreditation, vouchers, and tags.

• Coordinate logistics including deliveries, stock, and supplier timelines.

• Oversee storeroom management, stock control, and replenishments.

• Provide on-site support during tournaments, assisting with operations.

• Liaise with suppliers, branding teams, and internal departments.

• Contribute to post-event feedback and reporting for continuous improvement.
