Job Description
The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve national revenue targets, grow market share, and manage the performance of the regional sales teams. This role requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and an ability to drive sales performance across the country
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business Management, Sales or Marketing, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Commerce (BCom))
- 8–10+ years sales experience
- 5+ years in senior sales management
- Experience managing national or multi-regional sales teams
- Experience building sales strategies and revenue growth plans
- Proven experience in a SME or entrepreneurial environment
- Strong MS Excel skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle);
- Must hold a valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence and have access to a dedicated personal vehicle.
- Must be prepared to travel nationally as required.
