About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Operational Consultant to join our team at Tower Group in Midrand, supporting the Finance operational activities for Vodacom Payments. As a key member of our multi-skilled resource team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, including manual capturing of merchant data, validation and correction of FICA/AML documentation, and providing second-level query management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the manual capturing of merchant data as and when required
- Validate and correct FICA/AML documentation loaded by sales agents using the Merchant Assisted On-Boarding App and merchants performing self on-boarding through the Merchant Online Application Journey (SMME Portal) to ensure that the documents presented meets the FICA/AML standards set
- Provide day-to-day second-level query management support as it pertains to changes in information already hosted on the core system, additional terminal requests, terminal deployment queries, general value-added services queries, integration liaison and site validations for e-Commerce deployments, liaison and support with suppliers who fall within the ambit of accountability, and settlement/balancing queries
- Act as SMEs for projects that affect the areas of responsibility
