Job Description

About the Role

CodeConnect Staffing is seeking a Professionally Registered Architect to lead the design and coordination of infrastructure and building projects for our client, a consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for full architectural outputs from concept through to project close-out.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to client briefs and project specifications
Conduct feasibility studies and manage project delivery lifecycle
Develop site development plans and architectural designs
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Conduct site inspections and report on project progress

Requirements

NQF Level 7 qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology
Professional registration with SACAP
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Proven consulting environment experience (essential)
Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability
Proficiency in architectural design software and technical detailing
Solid understanding of building regulations and compliance standards
Project management experience
South African citizen
