Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of full-stack web applications that meet the companys operational and client needs.
- Work closely with operations managers and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate operational needs into software solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs.
- Build intuitive, user-friendly frontend interfaces that streamline complex processes for end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize workflows between the software development team and other departments.
- Provide technical expertise in the architecture, design, and development of systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high availability and reliability of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, bringing innovative ideas to improve and expand the companys tech stack.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
- Proficiency in key programming languages and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.).
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience working with APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), and DevOps practices.
- Client-facing experience with a proven ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering creative and efficient software solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving technologies.
- Experience in the legal or medical fields is a plus but not required.
