Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for staff, resellers, and customers in-person online.
- Design and develop customized training programs tailored to each partners business model, technical capability, and market needs, aligned with Global Certification standards.
- Create, maintain, and update training materials, resources, and assessments across all delivery platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and solution design input.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, network diagrams, and proof of concept setups.
- Design and recommend end-to-end networking and surveillance solutions using products.
- Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to product and sales teams to enhance training relevance and effectiveness.
- Produce training performance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of training strategy.
