Job Summary
Our client seeks to employ an Organisational Development Consultant to lead the OD initiative by providing in-dept expertise to ensure a values-based organisational culture, leadership development, change management and employee engagement by designing, implementing, maintaining and reinforcing strategies, structures and processes in line with corporate frameworks. Formulating a strategy, implementation plan and operating standards Identify and interpret related legislation and its impact on OD and ensure compliance Design suitable strategies to deliver on the OD mandate aligned to the organisational growth strategies Develop governance and control mechanisms to ensure consistent application across various regions
Requirements:
10 years of experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, or related fields, with experience in the mining / heavy industry preferred Experience in leading OD and change management in a global organisation would be advantageous Qualifications: NQF 8 (Post graduate Diploma / Honours Degree / Professional Qualification Degree) in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or related field NQF 9 (Masters Degree) in Industrial Psychology, Human resources or related field would be advantageous Qualification in Organisational Development or Change Management would be advantageous. This is a 3 month contract Hybrid, based in Midrand
