Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Farm Manager to oversee operations at a growing guest farm located in a remote area outside Montagu. The farm combines high-end guest accommodation with a sustainable, nature-friendly agricultural business. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills who can manage daily farm activities to the highest standards while working closely with the General Manager to achieve strategic objectives. Location : A secluded farm 25km outside Montagu Accommodation: Provided, DSTV, internet water and electricity included Qualifications and Skills: A formal qualification in agriculture is advantageous. Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s licence is required. First aid training and a good understanding of health and safety compliance. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations. Key Competencies: Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
