About the Role

We are seeking ambitious Financial Advisors to join our growing team in South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct financial needs analyses, and provide suitable solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct financial needs analyses and provide suitable solutions
• Assist clients with wealth creation, investment planning, retirement planning, risk cover, and estate planning
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities
• Maintain ongoing client reviews and service engagements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Achieve agreed sales and business growth targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial advisory, wealth management, insurance, investments, or financial services
• RE5 qualification advantageous (not a requirement)
• Class of Business and FAIS compliance requirements advantageous (not a requirement)
• Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
