About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mossel Bay. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and direct queries appropriately.
  • Monitor and respond to general email correspondence.
  • Maintain a professional reception area and positive client experience.
  • Perform general office administration and clerical duties.
  • Manage filing systems, document scanning, and record keeping.
  • Assist with client onboarding documentation, including FICA requirements and data capturing.
  • Maintain accurate client records and administrative databases.
  • Provide administrative support to management and directors.
  • Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts and maintain detailed notes on the system.
  • Assist with tax administration and related client documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain SAICA and SAIPA administration requirements for staff.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
