About the Role
AtripleA Recruitment and Temps is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our client in Mpumalanga, a leading player in the utilities industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling activities to ensure financial performance standards are met, as well as ensuring process and product quality meet international and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and control activities to ensure acceptable standards of financial performance.
• Ensure that the process and product quality of the plant meets acceptable international and customer standards.
• Provide high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Adhere to minimum standards and apply best practices.
• Ensure that the image, personnel, and management enhance in all relationships with external stakeholders.
• Create a culture and climate in the plant that supports and develops a learning organization.
Requirements
• BSc Degree – Chemical Engineering required.
• Certificate in Operations Management will be advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing Water Treatment Plants, preferably within the Mining industry.
• Certificate of fitness is a prerequisite for employment.

BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering
Salary & Benefits
R 900.000 – R 1,000,000 per annum
