Job Summary
Gr12; Health & Safety; Food Safety System; Comp.Lit./Word/Excel/ SAP. Must have a strong personality /be punctual/forward thinking/a fast learner/hardworking/loyal/ able to work under pressure/display good/strong leadership/planning/organisational/ admin skills. 1-2 years of exp in Wholesale of Red Meat Abattoir/knowledge of red meat advantageous. Receiving/dispatching/wholesale/deboning/ offal/cold storage/inter-department transfers. Daily Health/Safety and Food Safety Mngt/ housekeeping practises. Daily stock planning/ taking/ balancing/daily truck/route planning/admin duties/ documenting/ processing daily orders. Liaise between mngt/ drivers/ supervisors/staff/assisting managers in all different departments.
