About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Examiner to join our team in Nelspruit, responsible for conducting thorough roadworthiness tests on vehicles to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct roadworthiness tests on vehicles to identify defects and recommend necessary repairs
- Ensure all testing procedures and regulations are followed strictly
- Maintain accurate records of test results and vehicle inspections
- Collaborate with commercial dealership or testing station staff to resolve any issues related to vehicle inspection
Requirements
- Valid Grade A Examiner of Vehicles Certificate
- Registered with the relevant provincial regulatory authority
- Minimum 35 years experience as a Vehicle Examiner
- Strong knowledge of roadworthiness testing procedures and legislation
- Experience within a commercial dealership or testing station environment
- Valid drivers licence (Code B; Code EC advantageous)
- Computer literate (MS Office and testing systems)
