About the Role
The Onsite ICT Systems Specialist will be responsible for supporting the clients ICT infrastructure transition, ensuring system efficiency, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, warranty preservation, and handling specialized tasks as outlined in the project scope. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintain peak performance and system integrity during the transition from a capital works-funded implementation to a sustainable operational phase.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure ICT infrastructure operates at peak performance.
• Optimize system functionality adhering to best practices.
• Preserve system warranties.
• Provide comprehensive training to the client’s operational teams.
• Conduct tailored training sessions and troubleshooting techniques specific to installed ICT systems.
• Utilize specialized knowledge and access to proprietary tools for preventative maintenance.
• Reduce the risk of system failures and ensure continuity.
Requirements
• Extron AV Associate (non-negotiable)
• Extron Certificates (non-negotiable)
• Higher level Extron certifications are beneficial.
• Senior Certificate (essential)
