Minimum requirements: Matric Experience in close related field Strong MS Office skills Good writing and communications skills in both Afrikaans and English Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Key Responsibilities: Handle cash-ups and receive payments Manage stock counts and inventory control and ordering of stock Provide quotations to patients and clients Conduct sales and promote products Receive and check deliveries of stock Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and queries Maintain effective communication with patients Supervise and manage staff performance Oversee and delegate cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure cleanliness Drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets Responsible for practice keys and opening/closing procedures Manage staff work schedules and attendance registers Consultant: Almiché van Wyngaard – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
