Key Responsibilities
- See to the complete guest journey from arrival at the front entrance
- Park cars
- Check-in and room guests
- Assist guests during their stay
- Prepare guest accounts
- Assist with payments
- Assist guests on departure
- Bid farewell to guests
- Attend to face-to-face guest queries
- Take reservations
- Answer phones
- Maintain records
- Create and keep a filing system
- Help guests check out
- Accept final payment for room accounts
Requirements
- Matric Certificate with a Hospitality-related Tertiary Qualification
- Experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a 4* establishment
- Driver’s license
- Ability to work various shifts and across multiple functions
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Opera
- Excellent front office operation skills
- Extensive product knowledge of our hotel and the city
