Job Summary
Job Title: Training Facilitator Location: Johannesburg Metro, Johannesburg, Johannesburg North Job Type: Permanent Job Description: As a Training Facilitator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate training sessions for employees within the retail and wholesale industry in the Johannesburg Metro area. You will be expected to deliver engaging and informative training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants. Job
Duties:
Facilitate training sessions for employees Create and deliver engaging training programmes Assess training needs and develop appropriate materials Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions Provide feedback to participants to support their development Maintain accurate records of training activities Required Qualifications: Grade 12 qualification Assessor Certificate Moderator Certificate Training Certificate Education: A Grade 12 qualification is required for this role. Experience: Prior experience in training facilitation within the retail and wholesale industry is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills Strong presentation abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in training and development would be advantageous. Working Conditions: This is a permanent role with expected full-time hours in the Johannesburg Metro area. The role may require occasional travel within the region.
