Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) / N3
• 5+ Years of Specific Surface Mining Experience: Prioritized in Iron Ore drilling
• Dual Statutory Certification: Possession of both a Surface Mine Foreman Certificate of Competency and a valid Surface Blasting Ticket
• Formal Supervisory Education: Completion of an accredited First-Line Manager Development Program or vocational equivalent (e.g., NQF Level 5)
• Digital Competency: Documented literacy in utilizing and supervising automated drill rigs and interpreting outputs from blast design software
• Production experience
• Exploratory experience
• L8 & RC Drill experience
• Sampling and Staking experience
• Valid Code B Driver’s License
