REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Own reliable vehicle essential 2 4 years experience in a similar sales role Fluent in English and Afrikaans Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Previous people-management or supervisory experience An outgoing confident personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong sales experience with proven results in high-end retail or similar Leadership capability able to guide, support, and manage a small team DUTIES Client Relationship Management, Develop and nurture relationships with high-end clients, interior designers, architects, and specifiers Provide a world-class sales experience to every client, from first enquiry to final delivery Understand client needs and present solutions that match their vision and requirements Drive sales of luxury interior products by identifying new business opportunities, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and expanding the brands reach within the luxury market Interaction with clients and developing a good rapport and opening conversations Closing of deals accurately and professionally Creating quotes and invoices according to clients needs Project management – overseeing various projects throughout the shop Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and ongoing support to clients Ordering supplies needed and liaising with contractors Ordering correct supplies needed for custom orders Build and maintain strong client relationships with private clients, decorators, and designers Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and positive team culture Oversee showroom presentation and ensure all merchandise is showcased beautifully Assist with sales administration, quotes, invoicing, and client follow-ups Coordinate daily store operations, stock management, and workflow planning Act as a senior point of contact for customer queries and service recovery Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
