About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at a renowned five-star luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our discerning guests in a high-end hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to exacting standards
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station during service hours
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner
Requirements
- Experience as a Barista in hotels or cafes preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed appearance
Qualifications
- Completed formal education in hospitality or a related field (optional)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 2,500 per month
- Accommodation: Shared room in shared accommodation provided
- Transportation: Provided
- Health Insurance: Provided
- Contract: Unlimited
- Annual Leave: 21 calendar days per year
- Public Holidays: 11 days per year
- Air Ticket: Every two years with 50% entitlement after the first year
