About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Admin and Bookkeeping professional to join our team at Olyvenbosch Olive Farm in Windmeul, Paarl. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining accurate financial records, as well as experience with online sales and farm shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Attending to online and farm shop sales
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping and administrative duties
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience in Pastel (Sage)
- Experience in Payroll (Donkerhoek Data)
- General Bookkeeping experience
- SARS Vat Returns and UIF submissions
- Bank reconciliations
