About the Role

Developmenthub, a cloud-native technology powerhouse and trusted AWS Partner, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow key enterprise accounts across South Africa and abroad. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will drive strategic engagements, manage the full enterprise sales cycle, and collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver cloud-native and software development solutions that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across key sectors including financial services, public sector, and telecoms.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract signature.
Develop account plans, forecast revenue accurately, and consistently meet and exceed quota.
Promote AWS-based offerings and co-sell with AWS and other partners.
Represent Developmenthub at industry events, summits, and client engagements.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a software development or cloud solutions environment.
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-rand annual revenue targets.
Experience selling or co-selling cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) into enterprise accounts.
Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and IT project delivery models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable selling both services and SaaS products.
