About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Civil Site Supervisor/Foreman to join our team in Paarl. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waterproofing and concrete finishing, with proven experience in supervising teams on civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise teams on civil construction projects
  • Apply knowledge of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards
  • Manage resources, timelines, and site productivity effectively
  • Coordinate pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works
  • Assist with reservoir construction (advantageous experience)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in waterproofing and concrete finishing
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards
  • Experience supervising teams on civil construction projects
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license
