About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fitter and Turner to join our team at Lotus HR and Recruitment. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for setting CNC machines, operating precision machining equipment, and assembling, installing, and commissioning machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines with multiple axes
- Perform precision machining tasks
- Assemble, install, and commission machinery and equipment
- Collaborate with CNC programmers and management to resolve technical issues
- Travel both nationally and internationally for work
- Work flexible shifts
Requirements
- Completed trade test as Fitter and Turner
- 3-5 years of experience in conventional turning and milling
- Proven expertise in setting up CNC machines
- Expert problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own car
- Clear criminal and credit record
