Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail or agriculture sectors.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
