Job Description

About the Role

The Spine Centre is a group practice focusing exclusively on the diagnosis and management of spinal pathologies. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Administrator to join our team in Paarl.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-up appointments
  • Assist patients with queries and liaise accordingly
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for effective theatre meetings
  • Coordinate monthly call schedule and weekend round allocation
  • Arrange and coordinate monthly receptionist roster for Paarl and Kuilsriver practice

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator / Coordinator / Receptionist
  • Knowledge of and experience in the medical industry is recommended
  • Experience with graphic design / social media content design would be beneficial

Qualifications

  • Matric
