Job Summary
Requirements
– Degree in Food Technology or related field.
– 5+ years of R&D experience with management responsibilities.
– SAP experience preferred.
Responsibilities
– Team Management: Develop and motivate the application team, oversee budgets, and optimize processes.
– Digital Transformation: Drive digitization efforts and leverage technology to enhance value contribution.
– Recipe Development: Lead new recipe development, maintain data in SAP, and optimize cost and quality.
– Customer Support: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs and ensure product excellence.
– Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards and guidelines.
