Private Family based at a Game Reserve close to Philippolis is looking for an Early Childhood Tutor & Farm School Developer This position ideal for a kind; organized educator with additional, providing foundational education ; play-based learning and emotional development for two children (ages 3 and 1.5) in a remote setting on a wildlife game reserve. The tutor will also be tasked with developing; initiating and growing a small; progressive “farm school” that may eventually serve children from the staffs families and other farms. This role combines hands-on teaching, creative curriculum development and a strong sense of independence and care . The ideal candidate brings passion for early learning and additional secondary skills that can enrich the wider reserve environment . Duties: Provide play-based early education for young kids in a remote reserve setting. Design and grow a nature-based micro-school Develop and deliver daily learning activities, routines, and developmental goals from scratch. Requirements: Early Childhood Development (ECD) certificate or diploma strongly preferred Montessori; Waldorf, or similar certification is a plus First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) 3+ years in early childhood education, tutoring, or play therapy Highly creative and resourceful in low-resource, remote environments Organized; patient, gentle, and emotionally mature Able to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus: yoga, wellness, fitness, counselling, life coaching, admin, or mindfulness training Valid drivers license Package & Benefits: Monthly Salary: R8-10K depending on experience and qualifications Opportunity to be involved with a dynamic team and Big Cat conservation, and a rare opportunity to co-create a micro-school from the ground up Live- in (board and lodging with a private ensuite room) Hospitality industry norms apply
