Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices and maintain the Trusts accounts payable system Perform general bookkeeping duties Maintain accurate financial records on accounting software Complete cashbook reconciliations Assist with month-end processes and reporting Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently studying towards a qualification) 23 years relevant experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE 300) Strong Excel skills and overall computer literacy Good organisational skills with accurate and timeous data capturing Excellent analytical and reconciliation abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to adapt to changing priorities Must have own transport Only immediately available candidates will be considered Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
