About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Internal IT Sales Representative to join a well-established company within the IT industry. If you’re passionate about technology, have a sharp eye for detail, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving, Id love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to confidently communicate their value to customers.
- Manage and process quotes, orders, and all sales-related enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers.
- Source and confirm pricing and product availability from suppliers.
- Analyse and interpret customer enquiries to ensure accurate product selection and technical specification.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers to build lasting partnerships.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates.
- Assist with filing and general administrative support within the sales department.
- Perform other reasonable duties related to the role.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Matric certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Own transport and valid drivers license.
