Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently looking for a Business Unit Coordinator to join their client in KZN.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the operations of the business unit. You will work closely with the management team and various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient communication.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
- Assist the Material Controller with managing and monitoring finished goods in and out of the department.
- Support accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables.
- Manage data reconciliation and capture for raw material control.
- Update efficiency schedules daily.
- Maintain and update weekly wages and production schedules.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive.
- Update and monitor the register of NCQR and CFARs for trends and statistics.
- Follow up on DRM actions.
- Submit and track trials and associated ISIR requests.
- Address and resolve staff and general queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree in Supply Chain is preferable.
- Grade 12 with passed Maths or Accountancy is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Strong administration skills.
