About the Role
The IT Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives, while managing IT staff and administration of all IT systems, support functions, and infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage an IT strategy incorporating OT, AI, Cloud, and Data
- Streamline IT operations and implement innovative solutions to meet business objectives
- Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support for professional development
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades
- Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and SLAs
- Manage IT projects from planning to execution within budget and timelines
- Collaborate with Head Office to implement synergies
- Educate and inform all stakeholders about IT business initiatives and the value IT can add to business operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing ERP systems and software development projects
