About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning hotel in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Oversee food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory control
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor and control restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient ordering and delivery
Requirements
- Hospitality diploma
- 2-3 years experience in a 5 Star hotel restaurant
- Excellent Wine knowledge
- Own transport
