Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism in all interactions. Skills &

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Front Office Supervisory role in 4-5-star establishments. Grade 12 and computer literate. Proficient in Opera System. Strong leadership and communication skills (both written and oral). Resilient, flexible, and able to work under pressure. Excellent sales and customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet. Well-spoken and well-presented individual. Strong administration skills.
