About the Role
The Maintenance & Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full maintenance operations of a lodge property, ensuring that buildings, infrastructure, and grounds meet top hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
- Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors
- Allocate tasks, manage rosters, and provide training
- Handle procurement, stock control, and supplier management
