? Handle general sales and enrolment management with the finesse of a seasoned pro.
???? Assist in the induction of new learners, making them feel like VIPs from day one.
? Deploy marketing materials with precision, ensuring a consistent and on-point approach.
???? Manage the company brand like it`s your own precious baby (including the flawless use of the school CI).
? Support marketing initiatives that get the school noticed, including PR and media relations.
???? Manage the school`s virtual presence, making their social media sizzle with engagement.
? Have a personal commitment to education and be ready to live and breathe the school`s values and ethos.
? Minimum
Requirements:
- 4+ years` experience in a similar role where you shone brighter than a disco ball.
- Previous experience in a school environment where you were the coolest kid on the block.
- A marketing or sales-related qualification that proves you`re a pro.
- Valid drivers license
- Time management skills that would make a Swiss watch jealous.
- Attention to detail that catches every typo and misplaced comma.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
- Communication and influencing skills that could charm anyone.
- Service orientation that makes every interaction a delightful experience.
- Ability to organise, plan, and prioritise work like a symphony conductor.
- Relationship-building and client service orientation that makes people feel like they`re your BFF.
- Analytical ability that can crunch numbers and data with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to comply with the school`s Code of Ethics and undergo a criminal record check
