Job Summary
Our client in the Life Insurance Industry is seeking a consultant, who is organised, is quality and deadline driven, with good administrative skills to join their team. Job type: Permanent, on-site Job Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha Duties and Responsibilities Perform outbound calls for confirmation of cover Assist with queries after the online capture of new proposals. Keep the finger on the pulse of internal service level agreements Work closely with the underwriting teams to achieve targets and turnaround times Quality assurance of captured information. Escalating any issues appropriately Minimum Requirements Grade 12 with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3 Exceptional telephone skills Experience in health-related terminology is preferable Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable Should you wish to be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly to the advertisement.
