Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and processing purchases. Offering detailed product information and recommendations. Assisting with the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Handling customer returns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Requirements : Education : Completion of Matric or an NQFLV4 equivalent qualification. Legal Status: Valid South African ID or a current Work Permit is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Competency in basic mathematics for transaction handling. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
