About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Technician Intern to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical assistance to users, while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to users
  • Assist with hardware and software setup
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues
  • Support the IT team with day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Relevant IT qualification or currently studying (IT Support, Networking, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, and networking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, a relevant IT qualification or current studies in IT Support, Networking, or a similar field is essential.
