About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive sales processes from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans
- Driving and achieving annual targets by building relationships and understanding customer trends
- Achieving/exceeding monthly/annual targets as set out in the monthly/annual budgets
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- 1-3 years’ of work experience
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence on all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Target driven and competitive
- Own valid driver’s license and vehicle
