Job Description

21/7 working cycle Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager Conduct preventative maintenance checks on equipment, facilities, and infrastructure Inspect all maintenance aspects when performing tasks to ensure work is completed correctly Identify maintenance issues and report them to management when necessary Engage qualified specialists for technical work outside the scope of basic handyman duties Use the correct tools and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored Assist with garden maintenance and irrigation system upkeep Record all materials and stock used on job cards for accurate budget allocation Complete stock control documentation and ensure proper stock handover procedures Assist with monthly stock taking and inventory checks Report completion of tasks to the Maintenance Manager Follow maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines Communicate any deviations, delays, or issues to management promptly
